Shandong Zhongyuan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd (SDZY), is a professional design, manufacture automotive leaf springs, suspension springs, stabilizers and other auto parts production equipment business. Established on 1994, after more than 2o years of efforts, has become the automotive suspension industry's most powerful equipment manufacturing base in China.

Each SDZY's product is a combination of mechanical machinery, hydraulic technology, thermal furnace, electrical automation and computer systems, which is mainly used in the field of automotive vehicle spring manufacturing.

In 2003, The company has met the quality certification ISO9001:2000. It has been officially identified as high-tech enterprise by the office of Science and Technology of Shandong Province in 2004, and established Zibo Spring Equipment Engineering Technology Center in 2008. 

Many products of the company has been granted National Science Progress Award, also known as Industrial Brand Products and National New Products. Through the years, the development of the company’s equipment has been qualified for eleven patents, including two national patents for inventions and nine patents for utility model.

5.  Leaf spring heat treatment line (including quenching furnace, quenching machine, on line heat straightening machine, quenching oil tank and tempering furnace);

7.  Leaf spring assembly line and pre-setting and load testing machine and primary painting line;

8.  Coil spring heat treatment line and shot peening machine;

9.  Hydraulic fatigue testing machine and mechanical fatigue testing machine;

10.  Automatic end-press and center-hole punching line for stabilizer bar, digital deflecting and forming machine.

 

The company's spring manufacturing production line and units has exported to nearly 30 manufacturing enterprise all over the world, around China, Eroupe, North Africa , southeast Asia, west Asia and some other countries and districts, include some world known car parts manufacturing companies, such as SANLUIS RASSINI in Mexico, THYSSENKRUPP in Germany, NHK in Japan, RNA in Brazil. Meantime, the company has provided equipment units and production line for 70% of the medium and large spring manufacturing enterprise in China, such as  yiqi fuao, dongfeng suspension, fangda changli, Jiangxi yuancheng, anhui anhuang, chongqi hongyan, Shandong Leopard, Qingdao shuaichao, qiangdao lingbujian and other 50 scale level companies.
